Software License Agreement
Each customer must be given a Software License Agreement to complete and sign. Then the form is forwarded by fax or postal mail to Online Development to initiate software shipment.
A separate agreement is provided here to set up the Annual Upgrades Agreement, which is optional.
Since these agreements are contracts between Online Development and your Customer, you may not modify these documents, except for adding Customer Name, Address, Dates, etc., without permission.

Sample Invoices
There may be times when a customer asks you to prepare an Invoice for the FlexTraining Software License fee. You may also need to prepare an Invoice Document for the Annual Upgrades contract.
Note: As a VAR, you should use a separate agreement for Annual Support (which is a service you will normally provide). You will develop your own contracts for your Support Services.Click on FT Sale or Upgrades to view or download these invoice examples.
